Dramatis Personae
Captain/Thane, Thomas Chisholm. Keeper of the flame. Makes the hard decisions. Drinks wine, mead, and beer. Quote, “Youth and enthusiasm are no match for age and treachery.”
Leiutenant, Ogan O Crowly - Sword and Shield - In service since 2005 under Captain Thomas Chisholm. Second in command, Makes sure our armor is relatively safe, likes formation attacks best, drinks beer. Quote, “I die at every War.”
Armour Repair Technician, Connor Chisholm - Combat Archery and Sword and Shield - In service since 2005. Master fixit. Drinks Scotch. Quote, “Safety is Always number two.”
Aide-de-camp, Etain ban O Crowly - Sword and Shield - In service since 2005. Personal aide to the Captain. Adjutant, drinks Mead. Quote, “I am a delicate flower.”
Haemish Chisholm - Sword and Shield - In service since 2005. Huge giant of a man. Really, he’s very big. And he hits hard. He drinks most things. Quote, “I can’t run, so I may as well stand and fight.”
Thomas MacScott - Sword and Shield - In service since 2006. A bit rowdy, a bit grumpy, a bit silly, but always generous and caring…Alcohol Free for almost a year now. Quote? No it’s more like a story. See we had this “Teenager” camping with us and he was not all that impressed with the medieval merriment all around him so Thomas tells the lad one morning to make himself useful whilst his mother cooks up the bacon. “Go ask the neighbors for a bacon stretcher, you mom forgot hers and she can’t finish cooking without it!” So off glides the youth, already bored with the situation. A few moments later we hear a hoot and holler from the other camp. “WHAT THE HELL IS A BACON STRETCHER?” they cried. Twas then the lad knew he had been duped. For the rest of the day folks stopped in to query if we had indeed found our bacon stretcher, or suggest alternatives (maybe try a melon milker..etc.) That was a good one Thomas…
Head Cook, Muriel MacScott - Bottle washer extrordinaire. She has the unenvious job of trying to organize the unorganizable. An army moves on it’s stomach, without her we don’t move.
